Hey there! I’m Jen.
I’m a Registered Dietitian and CDCES (fancy talk for a diabetes educator) with over 15 years of direct patient care experience.
I’ve learned over the years, from a lot of trial and error, how to help people move out of guilt, confusion, and all-or-nothing thinking, into a relationship with their body built on respect, understanding, and real-life habits. I blend science with empathy, honesty, and a very human sense of humor.
To me, health isn’t about fixing your body. It is about learning to care for it while you live your best life.
